1 Introduction & Consent

2 Account Registration

To register an account with T Bet, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Each individual is allowed only one account.

• During registration, you must accurately provide your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same person or the same device is strictly prohibited.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your sole responsibility. Never share your password with anyone.
• You are solely responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
• You may be required to submit a valid ID (NID or passport) for account verification.
• T Bet reserves the right to investigate and suspend any account it deems suspicious.

3 Age & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account on T Bet. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

If we discover that a member registered with a false age, the account will be immediately closed and all funds may be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

T Bet supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's popular payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals can only be made from verified accounts.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• If a deposit is found to be from an illegal source, T Bet reserves the right to suspend the account and launch an investigation.
• To prevent money laundering, T Bet monitors all large transactions.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

T Bet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and more. Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions that must be met.

• A wagering requirement must typically be met before a bonus can be withdrawn (generally 5x – 30x).
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Accounts found to be abusing or manipulating the bonus system may be suspended.
• Any unused bonus will be forfeited once a promotional offer expires.
• T Bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 Betting Rules

When placing bets on T Bet, certain fundamental rules apply. These rules are equally binding on every user.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical fault, the full stake will be refunded.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Odds fluctuating during live betting is perfectly normal — the odds displayed at the time your bet is placed are final.
• T Bet reserves the right to void any bets won as a result of a system error or abnormal odds.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on T Bet and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Exploiting the bonus system through fraudulent means.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Hacking the system or using software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating an account using false information or attempting to bypass the verification process.
• Transferring funds to other users or engaging in match fixing.
• Using funds from illegal sources (money laundering).

8 Limitation of Liability

T Bet strives to deliver the highest quality service; however, we are not liable for the following:

• Any losses resulting from internet connectivity issues.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment services.
• Financial losses resulting from your own errors or negligence.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.

Under no circumstances will the maximum compensation provided by T Bet exceed the amount of funds held in your account.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

T Bet places the highest priority on the security of your personal data. We never sell your personal information to third parties.

10 Changes & Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

T Bet reserves the right to close any account for rule violations without prior notice.
